its a good idea not to take this appartment. i have had bad experiences. here is the full story. i was told that i have to give 60 days notice if i break my lease (i was on 3 months lease). my lease was going to expire on aug 31, what was interpreted by me was that if i break and leave early i have to give 60 days notice, but one day on jul 10th i found that i have to give notice on jul 1 to leave on aug 31 that would have completed my 60 days notice. now since today is jul 10 u have to stay here till sept 31 as leases go by month to month. the lady whom i was talking to started raising her voice. her subordinate was also acting pretty bad. i first went to subordinate then to this lady. both are managers there. then while talking i told them i am 3 months lease. so that lady said sorry whosoever signed u should have told u to give notice when u signed and i am sorry abt that we can make it 31st aug. for that period of time my life was a hell as i had to pay 1000$ for 1 month extra.

2nd story --> one time i wanted an access card to the swimingpool. they keep on saying come this time come again etc. it was like after my stay for 1.5 months i went there and said i need access card. they said u have to renew your lease then we can give u card. i said ok i dont want it, then lady went to manager and came out and told me her manager was kidding u can get card. i said i dont need it anymore.

their months start from 1 of everymonth. so whenever u come to live here ur lease will start 1st of that month.

these people put a good smile on their face which i hate to suck your money.

if u sign for 3 months lease u pay 180$ extra and if for 6 months u pay some amount extra i dont remember.

keep these things in mind when u come to live here, so that u dont get fooled.
