The new owners of these apartments are awful. They will come up with any fine possible to make extra money. These extra fines are not part of the original lease and we cannot move out fast enough. They also are raising our rent $200 from the previous year without making any improvments'! Good thing we're moving. The apartments are nice, yes, but not worth putting up with such a shady management company who only wants to make extra money anywhere possible. Do yourself a favor - save money and move somewhere else!
