NEW: Funny that 2 reviews came in within 10 minutes, could have the manager, Ivy, written these' I think so, no the hallways were dirty for the past 6-8 weeks and finally got cleaned last week. Flower beds still not mulched from over a year ago at my building. Make sure you read the lease closely too, if you do it! I did, but it's not "standard."
Previous Review: I have lived in many apartments throughout college and into my young adult life, these are by far the worst! They do seem really nice at first. Once you move in, there is nothing you can do. There is trash in the ponds, ants in most apartments, doorways that are never clean, smelly hallways, do I need to continue' Oh actually, one major one- terrible construction- our heat bill is around 200-250 for an end unit in the winter kept at 68 degrees.
I'm new to the area, and we needed something fast. Mentioned in a previous post by someone else- "Don't Do It." The manager, Neal, left- I wonder why'! The new manager is sarcastic and not helpful. This is my 4th apartment in 7 years. Looking for a house couldn't come at a better time! Rent is too expensive for the hassle.

I love this review, but I think they had it right. The place sucks.

There is an apartment manager also named Ivy who was mentioned as a previous manager in a dissatisfied review on Arbor Green Apartments , which is located at 56th and Allisonville Rd. Is this the same Ivy?
