I have been a renter for almost ten years at various places and I have dealt with alot of situations. I would rate this place average at best. The apartments have a weird layout and are not very spacious. You can tell the age of the complex.

Complaints
- Walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors.
- Issues with bugs. In the apartments defense, they do come and spray.
- Neighbors do not pick up after pets.
- Have to pay for rental of a washer and dryer for approximately $30 a month. If you rent for a year that is $360! You could buy a whole new washer and dryer for that price easily and have some money leftover.
- Carpet is very thin
- Ovens are not self-cleaning
- Paint job is tacky
- bathrooms are very small
- honestly, the list goes on...but I will stop

Positives
- great carmel location
- good schools if you have children
- free tanning
- computer room with free printing (if the printer works)
- I feel safe walking around the complex

You may get a role of the eye if you ask the manager to fax something for you, since the business center never works.
