They bill themselves as friendly and helpful. I have found my 3 mo. experience to be the exact opposite. They are extremely hard to contact via phone, when you are luck enough to get a hold of a rep. they have serious attitude, and act as if they are being bothered. Stone gate community being so close is also a big negative much police activity very close. It is not uncommon to hear gunshots or of a crime being committed back there. The apartments at Carmel Knoll are very old and run down, when repairs were requested you definitely had quite a wait for them to be completed.

Carmel is one of the safest areas around. I am not sure what they are refering to "gun shots" I would walk my dog at any hour of the night in Carmel!
