I have lived here for over a year now, and I have absolutely no complaints! There is plenty of parking, and carports are included. I thought this was especially nice, because the spots by your unit were never cluttered with vehicles of people who don't live there, but they aren't off the beaten path if you do have friends over. There are people here of all ages, college to seniors citizens, and everyone is very respectful and quiet. The walls here must be very thick, because there are people all around us and I have never heard one peep from any of our neighbors. The grounds are also always immaculate. You will see the groundskeepers out every day picking up even the smallest bits of litter (cigarettes included). What inspired me to write this review was recently when it snowed, I looked out to see a group of guys shoveling the sidewalks, clearing the parking lots, and SCRAPING WINDSHIELDS of our cars! Unbelievable! The entire staff is great, and the one problem I had here was remedied beyond my expectations. Our toilet ran, and it caused our water bill to be very high. I brought it to management's attention, and they sent someone up to fix the toilet, and then averaged our last 3 water bills before the high one and reimbursed us the difference. It was over a hundred bucks they gave us, with no problems. The location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a large field they can run around in, and there are trash cans with wastebags everywhere. Also, it is a stone's throw from the monon trail park.. As you can see from this review, I love my apartment. It is the best place I have ever lived, and it makes me not want to ever move out. I LOVE the management here. They remember me everytime I go in there.. I also very much appreciate the security. Sometimes I have to take my dog out in the middle of the night, and it is nice to know the area is safe This is a great place to live!
