i'm happy with my experience; i need a bigger place and am shopping around (they don't have 3 bedrooms), but for the price i pay the apt. is great. I like everyone who works here..they all seem to genuinely care about getting things done for the residents and working with them. Not a whole lot of amentities like you see elsewhere at the newer places in carmel, but you're not paying for them either, and the location is superb.
