Stonegate appears to be trying to improve the community. Work is progressing slowly, but things are getting better. The main attractions for this community are the low price(relative to others in the area)and the proximity to the Monon Trail (not much else going for this community) but you have to be willing to put up with some inconvenience to get it. Unfinished work abounds here. The part time maintenance probably saves some money, but is a hassle when something breaks and they can't fix it untill Monday because it is not an "Emergency" (air out in the summer) that they feel warrants weekend attention. Overall, a place to save some money on rent, so long as your expectations are not too high.
