These apartments are not bad however their new garbage policy makes the whole experience HORRIBLE. The complex has decided without the input of the residents that it is a good idea to take away our garbage dumpsters and replace it with one large trash compactor. You have to walk or drive your garbage to the compactor which is more than 5 blocks for some. It is very inconvenient for residents however management says that there is nothing that can or will be done to put it back the way it was. We mentioned we weren't told things would be changing when we renewed our lease and were told that they didn't have to. Last time we drove past this trash compactor it wasn't even working and we were told it had been hit by lightening. No way I'll be assuming garbage man duties when I just experienced a rent increase. I can't help but think of how unsafe this thing is in a complex full of children. So unless you want to walk or drive(disgusting)your garbage to a trash compactor I suggest you not consider this place. Wish we could break our lease because when you have children trying to get your garbage 5 blocks away just doesn't work.
