I consider myself a considerably picky person. My husband and I moved in here in November of 2008 and not only was I very pleased with my apartment but management is great. We lived in the upstairs 1 bed 1 bath and loved the spaciousness and coziness,the closet, and built in bookshelf! We always got compliments on our apartment from our guests. It is about five minutes from Clay terrace which was really convinient for me and my husband, because we run back and forth alot! Whenever we needed to call management for anything they were very expedient in fixing things...I clogged my garbage disposal and they were there shortly after I called...I broke my towl rack they came within 30 minutes...I broke one of my bathroom drawers and they fixed it good as new by the next day...nothing was too small of a job.
