too much money for quality

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
i live here currently and a new management company has come in as of nov 03 since then they have raised rent 100 to 150 the maintenance is very slow. the apartments are run down and not worth the increase you can go down the street too a much new and appealing place for the same amount of money also they charge you all utilities including trash removal, when my lease is up i am out of here.The name of the complexe is now mckinley of carmel woods
