Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
I lived here for 3 yrs. The walls are paper thin..you can hear everything your neibhors do and say. Apt. and townhomes are run down,windows leak,under doors leak,doors fall off track. I had my hot water heater fixed 15 times...literally. And they never did fix it right...nor would they give me a new one. Nothing that they advertise it accurate. Fitness trail is non existant...street lights don't work and the playground is the oldest piece of crap i've ever seen. The new office staff can't manage their ass from a hole in the ground. Couldn't even get straight who was living in my apt. and lost my rent checks several times. Then they want to charge more to "fix up" the place''' I wouldn't live there for free!!!!! I also had to trim my own bushes if i wanted to be able to see out my windows. They never did maintainece on the grounds.
