Wonderful place to live!!!

I have lived at Carmel Woods since October 2004. The previous company (Cool Creek) apparently never took care of anything. We have not had anything but a wonderful experience here. The maintenance staff is always on top of things. The property is constantly undergoing changes to make its apperance better. Apartment was clean and ready to move in. We have only had minor set backs, but the office and maintenance team were always on top of things. Highly recommend.
