Miserable Experience!!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
When it was Cool Creek Apartments, I happily lived there for 3 years. Once Mckinley took over and it becamse Carmel Woods, it was a disaster.

Incredibly loud and rude neighbors and the management staff did NOTHING to enforce the supposed "rules and regulations" of their lease.

I was happy to move out of state and free myself of their disrespectful staff whose only real purpose in life is to up the rent every chance they get.
