I agree with the person about the management is not to be trusted in regards to the lease agreements. I had a lawyer look at the lease and they said it is a very old style lease that presedence would cancel a large portion as being illegal to enforce. But you have to take them to court to argue it. The apartments and townhomes are ok minus the frequent rent increases and complicated lease termination process. They also have a thousand different ways to charge you more money. But it seems no-one does business upfront and with integrity anymore.
