I have been at Carmel Woods for a couple of years now and it has always been a great place to live. When I say great, I mean great!! I was never an apartment person, but they have swayed me!
However, recently it has just got better!! They have a whole new staff in the office that makes it memorable everytime I walk in. I honestly feel like a valued resident. It would not take much convincing for me to stay here, but the new staff is most def worth it. Not only are they great, but they even offered me a reward for staying. I would recomend this place to my closest friend!

Sounds too much like the staff leaving the comment. No one raves about living in an apartment! In the past they have always raised rents, so this is new to me that they are giving a reward to stay. My rent has consistantly gone up every year. This will be my last year here b/c I can't afford another $150 rent increase.

I agree that does sound like the staff, but, I am pretty happy here too. We got a 100 dollar reward for staying another year. I can't imagine a 150 dollar increase. That doesn't sound right to me, or maybe they were living here for dirt cheap the year before. The rents here seem reasonable to me. Overall...We like it here..
