Lived there for a year...left the contract a month early because management is so bad!!! Dish washer flooded my kitchen 3 times before they replaced it. Hot water heater went out...put 4 requests for maintenance before they fixed it. Management is very cheap and will not help you at all. One time I asked to borrow a shovel as my "yard" was overgrown from weeds 2 weeks after move in....they stated "we don't have any"....yeeeaaa right. Neighbors are very white trash...often watched my neighbors dig through the dumpster and walk away with new treasures they found. Don't walk in the grass....dog bombs everywhere. If you have a dog and like to walk, do not move here. Rangeline Rd is so busy you can't even cross it. And even if you did there is no place to walk except the cemetery
