Need better security for noise violations and fines for dogs barking and dog feces in backyard areas. Grass needs to be fertilized and better maintained. Wrought iron balconies and vinyl fences look awful. Maintenance shows up but does not always do what you ask. They tried to tell me that my dishwasher was faulty because I did not use it enough! (I finally got a new one after a series of leaks occurred) Streets are not plowed quickly enough, and the driveways into the carports are not plowed until much later. Cigarette smoke and the smells of food cooking come through the registers. Vehicles drive over the grass leaving large, muddy ruts and complaints are useless.

On the plus side, it is usually peaceful and quiet in my particular area.
