this place was falling apart before we came here.the office staff are liars who don't know left from right.they were very rude!there was also prostitution from one of the apartments(check indy star or carmel police dept.).the apartments are really old.the a/c is weak and in the summer you roast.literally.the grounds are covered in dog fecies. on the good side theres free golf.the playground is unsafe with broken glass everywhere.the size of the apts. are worth the money IF you are desperate for a place.i would not recomend this community!!!
