We moved here from out of state. Apartment magazine made this hell hole look like the king would live here. We assumed because it was in Carmel and had a golf course that it was a nice, safe enviroment to live in with our kids! Were we ever so wrong!! We are moving out and not soon enough. Management could care less about your apartment and what needs to be fixed. It's dirty. You can smell your neighbors smoke and trash. Punk kids hang out until all hours of the night. White trash of Carmel lives here! Noone gives one cent about anyone else. The so called indoor pool and spa are nasty and dirty, that's when they are even open to use. This place should be shut down! Makes Carmel look bad. Maintenance team reminds us of a couple of stoners...maybe an overgrown Cheech...they smell and are dirty. They have used broken tools and rusty vehicles. Never see anyone on the course, except for the kids playing on it. And as far as the rest of management, the only time they are nice to you is when you are handing them your monthly "overpaid" rent check! Other than that they don't give you the time of day.
