I lived in Mohwak Hills apts off of Keystone & 126th for 2 years.

My experience: 2004-2006 (Aug)

The location is great, and commute is fine.

If you don't mind hidden costs then you should rent, other wise stay away.

In my experience. Maintainance was horrible. Punk kids always skateboarding outside - using profanity.

Management terrible (except one lady - but she left)

After I left the apartment I was fined $199 for a carpet stain that was 1 inch in diameter!!

They are after your money! They will sue you for it.

Very unhospitable environment. Not good for kids or the elderly.

I did not feel safe, neither did my wife or kid.
