first of all the office staff are great, but very unprofessional, very willing to sit and gossip about other tenents.
the maintenance guys are very respectful and plesent but never fix what the come to fix, even though they try (somewhat).
my neighbour and i have no heat in the back master bed in our homes they did come out but never fixed problem, so both of us close off the back rooms in our home if its 30 or below which is often in indiana.
dont ever get even a day late with your rent the dragon lady will hunt you down and threaten you with collection and make you feellike trash.
the pools are never open at the same time one is always broke and i dont remember last time the hot tubs worked.
they do have a gym area but when building closes you can not get in and thats not very helpful for the working person.
children can not play on grass area since thats where dogs go to the bathroom and nobody cleans up after them.
during winter roads get very icy and cracked and they dont even spray them, accidents waiting to happen.
im still here but not of my choice when my lease is up im gone, even if it breaks my bank.
