This is the 3rd apartment community that I have lived in. I thought moving to Carmel would be the best place to raise my son and my family. Boy was I wrong. When we pulled up to our building and started to move stuff upstairs, the railing fell off the wall, the window in the hall way is always falling out and breaking. Our neighbors think that the hallway is a playground for their kids at 10:00. When you walk in to pay your rent which is the only time that management even acknowledges that you exist the room gets real quiet and everyone watches you. Then with the fake smiles that they have all come to master they say "Thank you". As you walk away they start to snicker and whisper. If you are "in" with the management, then this would be the place to live. We have a golf course view which is nice except when you have to dodge the golf balls while sitting on your balcony. You can hear everything your neighbors say. When someone uses the washers and dryers in the hallway (If every apartment has them why are they in the hallways') our smoke detectors go off in the hall. When we called maintenance to tell them about it, they never showed up. We never received a call back, no one came out to look at it. The storage lockers that they have for you are a joke. They are the size of your lockers when you were in school. Like someone said before, the back of our apartment is colder than the front of our apartment. Our garbage disposal never works, even though we have called the office many times, it still doesn't work. People leave their trash out in the hallways like someone is going to pick it up for them. Luckily I am out of here soon. I regret ever signing a lease with this apartment and I hope someone does shut them down. POOR MANAGEMENT. Don't let them reel you in with their fake personalitities. It's all part of business and they don't mean a word they say.
