I get pretty much what I expect. I only pay 614 for a 2 bed 2 bath. The apartments are really old, and do need some repair. Maintenance is had to get into your apartment. We had a broken washer for 2.5 weeks. Hot water is endless, and pressure is as much as you want. The walls are paper thin and you can hear others quite often. Had some drug dealers move in across the hall the last few months. Still if you're looking to move away from parents or need a first apartment this place is ok. No one bothers me and golf is free. I'd stay another year if the one beds were cheaper than the 2 beds.
