This place is a total dump. The staff and management are horrible, nothing ever gets fixed and the aprtments look ok at first sight but after moving in you quickly see that things are falling apart. The maintanence guys use caulk and glue to fix just about everything, there are frequest electrical problems, which are below safety standards. Bugs are a serious problem, the police are frequently at this place and I even spoke to an officer who said the Carmel police get called to this place all the time. Drugs are a problem here and I didn't feel safe any more which is why I am moving.
