The city of Carmel should be ashamed to have this apartment community within it's city limits. It is very old and run down and if you drive through the pot-hole ridden streets, you will see what I mean. The office staff are a bunch of big mouthed whores who run thier mouths and gossip about residents in front of other residence AND possible future residence. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. Mike Webber (the manager) is a ----- and hides from the residents when there is a problem. Maintenance is a joke!! Try to get a bunch of pot smokers to do anything!! They never show up to fix anything unless you call and call and call and leave numerous work orders with the office staff. Then when you call to find out what's up with those work orders, the office staff always says the work order was lost. Ya, the maintenance guys probably used it to roll their last joint!! When maintenance finally shows up they reak of pot and make excuses as to why they can't fix the problem. Maybe because they are all not qualified maintenance men! The ---- that maintenances the golf course is ------'s sister. You can barely walk off your patio without Golfcart ------ buzzing through telling you to GET OFF THE GOLF COURSE. She even threatens the kids in the neighborhood telling them she is gonna call the cops on them for playing. They are real strict about keeping your animals (and kids for that matter) on a leash yet Golfcart ------ has 3 boxers that are never on leashes and running and shitting all over the golf course. There are many other nice, affordable apartment complexes in Carmel. Save yourself the headaches and legal fees and STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
