New Management same as the old.

Mohawk Hills may be under new management but nothing has changed. A few flowers and some much needed grounds maintenance, which should have been kept up all along. This doesn't make a run down community any better. I see no effort on the part of the new company to make any difference in the actual apartments. They have spent their money to spruce up the grounds in a futile attempt to attract new suckers. Sure they got rid of some staff and the do nothing manager. But the maintance is still just as bad, sloppy, and fix everything with a caulking gun. No, I'm not kidding about this one just see some of the recent posts on this site. Inter-complex roads are still full of huge ruts and pot holes. Management still rude except for when you are signing a lease. I can't tell that anything has changed. This is nothing more than the old ceral box NEW and IMPROVED in which the only thing new and imporved is the wrapping. I am happying to be moving out, and might I mention that three of my neighbors are moving at the same time. All of us glad to be gone from the slum-lord property.
