I HAVE LIVED AT MOHAWK HILLS SINCE AUGUST AND I THINK THAT THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, AND MY MAINTENANCE ORDERS ALWAYS GET DONE IN TIMELY MANNOR. THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS REALLY CLEANING THE PLACE UP AND THINGS ARE STARTING TO LOOK REALLY NICE AROUND HERE.

I Live in this appartment since last 4 Years. I have no complaints on any issue Maintenance will respond in proper time. We have to accept the fact that these are 40 Years old apartments, still these people are maintaining well. My response is always it is in-expensive in terms of what rent we're paying and effortable rent for the luxury we're getting. Office staff are well recognize's residents. They're trying to work now a days with variety of programs to interact with tenants. Feel free to ask me any questions(paritala@hotmail.com)
