I lived here for 1 year while between houses about 5 years ago. When I set out to look for iterim housing for my family I knew it would be a temporary move, but I wanted to stay in the Carmel Clay School District (The Best!) So I got an apartment guide book and called a few places in Carmel. Price was a factor & I needed something LARGE with lots of closet space and amenities to keep us active. The things that enticed me to move here were: Personable service when I called & came in to inquire about moving, Reasonably priced Large Apartment with a Golf Course View, Free Golf (year round-weather permitting), Indoor Pool, Fitness Facility, Billiards & large community with mature trees & close to the Monon Trail. All great amenities for for year round exercise. I liked it then & I like it even more now! I have noticed many positive changes since Buckingham purchased the community this Fall. I recently moved back to Mohawk Hills and I see enhancements to the community almost daily. I'm glad to be back!

And you are remaining anonymous because? Sarika here, how do you do. So are there any negatives I need to consider? I am always concerned when someone only talks about just the positive or just the negative. I tend to look at both sides. I don't play golf but my two teens do so that is a plus. However, I am concerned because the golf course covers the entire area and I noticed I wouldn???t be able to just relax and sit on the grass. But then there is the work out center and that is another plus. What about maintenance? How do you feel about that? Can you give me feedback? Does Buckingham own Mohawk Hills?
