Please, if you are considering moving here, don't. I've heard that some buildings here are better than others, I can assure you that I did not get one of the 'better' apartments. The shower endlessly leaks, the carpet needs stretched, bicycles litter the halls despite lease rules, cigrette buts litter the grounds, people smoke in the hallways, the yards flood horribly, disabled vehicles take up valuable parking places, neighbors are not neighbors you want, and...just don't move here.

Some members of the office are nice, but most aren't after you move in. We've had three property managers in just a few months. I don't even know what their names were. And, if you need any additional encouragement, just continue to read the rest of the reviews and you will find one of our office staff member's reply to some of these reviews. It is very immature. Which might be a good way to sum up the most of the dealings I've had with them after I signed my lease.
And, by the way, I always pay my rent on time and am not in the process of being evicted. I just really don't want others to make the mistake of living here. New mamagement company really means nothing here but some fall pansies. They died. Not quite enough for redemption...
I almost forgot to mention the attempted theft that left over $500 damage to my car. Save yourselves!!!

Let me help you here. Office Staff (Management) have NO power. They can do only what the owner allows them to do. (Their pay is very low and frankly I can understand some of their attitude) The Management is not at fault. You need to have the name and number of the company who owns Mohawk Hill. Now if things are truly that bad? Make just one anonymous call to the state board of health...and keep making those calls
