Bad Service, High Price

The apartments are very old, and everything inside ours is falling apart, we cannot get mgmt to fix anything. Leasing staff smokes inside the office. It is on a golf course and looks really nice at a first glance. The pool is very clean. There is an inside pool and hot tub, the hot tub is always filthy. Mgmt will also do nothing about noisy neighbors. We pay $605 a mo for 1Bed 1Bath, there is a w/d in the apt. One of our cars has been vandalized. Hot water pipes make tons of noise inside the walls. Awesome water pressure! However, there is only one large hot water heater for aprx. 8 apartments.
