What these people here fail to recognize is that a number of these comments are from before the property was bought by Buchingham. Also, since then, they have done nothing to improve the complex. These buildings are old, and that is no secret. you can't expect a 40 year old complex to look like a brand new subdivision, and if you do, get your head out of you ass and open your eyes. Not everything in this world is candy coated like most of the people in Hamilton county seem to beleive. The fact of the matter is that these apartments are very spacious and for Carmel living, very inexpensive. Also, if you haven't noticed, Buchingham is going to completely redo this area. The plans look really nice and should give the Carmel City Center a run for their money. The only downside to this is that the golf course will be gone and the square foot/ dollar might lower. If you don't like it, leave. Honestly the office has been nothing but pleasant since my roommate and i came to look at these apartments and they have promised to keep things the way we like them as long as possible. That is why we have a blast living here and plan to do so until life changing events cause us to leave. Thanks Mohawk.
