I was apartment hunting and decided to stop at Mohawk Hills to take a look and as soon as my duaghter and I pulled in we were mortified at the appearence of these apartments! She's only 7 years old and the first thing out her mouth was "Mommy why are you still driving' Lets turn around and get out of here!" Since we were already there I figured we'd take a look, the hallways were just as bad as the outside of the community. The hallway was FILTHY and had a terrible odor. The best thing about the apartment I was shown was the model funiture. Other than that the apartment was old and worn down looking. Also if you have small children don't dare rent an upstairs apartment because the balcony railing is absolutely too low and they can easily fall over the balcony into a horrible mess of a yard. When I looked out over the balcony all I saw were weeds and junky patio's. The fencing was all torn down and they apparently don't care how they're residents keep they're patio's and balcony's looking. The only goood thing about these apartments is the price and living cheap isnt worth your saftey and piece of mind!

If you are worried about your child falling over a railing than you are not doing your job of watching your kids.
