Every place has its pros and cons.

Pros
The location is great.

Great school distric if you have kids.

The size of the apartments are huge. In a matter of fact, it was the size that made us pick this place in the first place.

I have never really had a problem with the apartment staff.

When we moved out we got our full deposit back in a timely manner minus the repaint or carpet cleaning fee...To be honest, I don't remember what the fee was.

Maintenance was pretty quick to respond to issues. We had to have a major appliance replaced and a few other minor issues.

Cons
The apartments are old. If you are an electonic gadget junkie, you will probably experience a lot of power surges.

You can't pick your neighbors which is true of any place you live at. In this case, there were large dogs and large dog droppings every where. Stinky!!

While the lease was going, we were advised of a water bill change which made me pretty unhappy. Actually, it was the tipping point that made me move. You basically pay for all utilities....water, gas, and electric.
