I have lived at Mohawk Hils for a little over 3 years now, and I can not belive some of these reviews I have read. I have loved living at Mohawk for the entire time I have been here, the office staff is very nice, I hardly ever have any maintenance issues but when I do they always take care of them in an orderly fashion, I get to play golf for free, tan for free, & work out for free. It looks to me that the only bad thing about Mohawk is the other residents who love to complain. I have lived in apartments for 7 years now and I under stand that living in an apartment requires that you are considerate of others, you can never choose your neighbors no matter where you go, & crime can happen any where, my mother lives in a very upscale home in carmel and they have the police out there all the time. I think that the people who are complaining need to GET A LIFE, and GO BUY A HOUSE that way the only person you can complain to is your self.

I've been at Mohawk Hills for about 9 years by now and i truly love it. It's quiet. I love the neighborhood. I never head a run in with a neighbor - the people around me are friendly. Love my unit especially. We all get along very well. I also never had a problem with maintenance. I guess if you are considered towards your neighbors they will be considerate to you too. The office staff has always been friendly and the overall grounds are kept clean. I would refer this apartment complex to any of my friends.

Wow. I find this interesting. I have only lived here for less than a year. And I knew the place was a craphole before I moved in but you have to give places a chance. The simplist of things cant get done. The property manager is not at all friendly and they will go out of their way to make sure that their residents are NOT happy. The only thing that is keeping me here is my son is in school and i am not going to take him out of a good school. You both aparantly either work for the company or were paid to say nice things.
