I have lived at Mohawk Hills for almost 3 years, and I can't stand this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The maintence here is awful. I was without a toilet for about 2 weeks, I would call everyday, and nothing! The front office staff is friendly at first, but once you have a maintanance request, they act like they are "put-out". My car has been broken into, and my apt. has almost been broken into. Had we not been home at the time we would have been robbed. The rif-raf that has moved in lately makes me sick to my stomach, I have had to explain to my 9 yr. old why a boy would wear his pants down to his knees and making signs with his hands. I have tried to talk to the office about this and all they say is "Oh,sorry". This place is not worth what they are asking for rent, which is why I am moving as soon as school lets out. If you are thinking about renting here---DON'T!!!!
