I'll keep this short. I've lived in Mohawk for just over a year now and besides a tool box being taken from an unlocked car overnight, I haven't had any problems. Maintenance shows up in an appropriate amount of time. The apartment I live in is in really good shape. I will say though, that there are almost two sides to this complex. It seems that the "back" or south-western portion of the complex is run down. So much in fact, that they will rent a 1400 sq ft 3 bedroom (in the "older" section) at $20 more than a 980 sq ft two bedroom. When a 1420 sq ft 3 bedroom in the "newer" section will run you $150 more than the 2 bedroom in the same "section." I've actually had a member of the office staff tell me that the reason was the "area" of the complex.

So all in all, I like the place and haven't had any issues, but I guess that's because I live in the "newer" section.
