I have lived in Mohawk Hills for 5 years in 4 different apartments. I do agree that the apartments are older. When you are living in a community that was built in the 70's you expect that. Mohawk is the only place I have ever been happy for more than a year. I love all of the grounds, trees, and available land to look out at as instead of just parking lot. Also I love my neighbors, they are very friendly and courteous. The manager and office staff genuinely seem to care about me and maint. has always been friendly and taken care of whatever problems I have had. This is a great place to live. I recommend it.
