I have lived here for about a year and am only moving due to buying a house. I have lived in many apartments and this is by far the best one. The layout of the apartment is unique and has a loft-like feel-mine has a view of the Monon-everyone that has visited has complimented it on it. The location is great, I never hear my neighbors, only sometimes when they are in the hall and I am in my bedroom-never late at night and has never been a problem. Andrea in the office has been wonderful-very nice and accomodating. The ONLY negative I have (I feel I need to need to give at least one to be fair) is that the bedroom closet in the one bedroom apartment is a little small-that's it. I have no other negatives about the place-I would continue living here if I hadn't bought a house and have recommended it to a number of people.
