The apartments are clean, new, and very nice. We had a two bedroom, two bath and loved the layout. The office staff is exceptional. I went on many night time walks and was never scared--it is an excellent neighborhood.. All residents are quiet and professional and we had no problems with noise. We only had one maitenance issue (leaky toilet valve) and they fixed it the same day. They always gave you warning before they came into your apartments for yearly furnace checks, etc.
This place is well worth the money! We only left because we purchased a house.
