Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
In all my years of apartment living, I have never experienced anything quite like this. The apartment was dirty when I moved in and I have called the office for maintenance more in my 6 months of living there than I have ever called anywhere put together. On more than one occasion, I have called the office requesting maintenance service and have not had the repair completed for over a week. I have had 2 major appliances replaced since I moved there. I would have expected more from a community with a price tag like this.
