These reviews should be more explicit as to whether you've lived in the new section, or the old section, formerly known as the Arbors. I unfortunately lived in the old section. When I moved in, the place was filthy. The a/c did not work, oven broken, dishwasher full of mildew and leaked evertime it was used. w/d was a piece of junk. The list is much longer. I had to finally throw a fit to get things fixed.When it rains, the 1st floor apts have water running down the bedroom wall. My car was vandallized. This was by far the worse living experience ever! I was glad to go. Please be aware that there is a new section and an old. Don't be fooled!!!!
