I have lived here for 2 years now, and at one time the staff was very freindly and always willing to go out of their way to make this a great living experience. However, recently the office staff has undergone some changes, and not for the good. They treat the residents like we are beneath them, and they have no clue what they are talking about. I do not think anybody in the office communicates with each other, my advice, find another place to live. I WILL not be renewing my lease. I know for a fact that I can rent an apartment at Amli at Carmel Center for the same price if not cheaper and they actually treat their residents with respect. BOOOO on the new office staff, you are running this property straight into the ground. My advise if you live there, the only way to get things done is to speak to Theresa in the amenities building, at least she can carry a conversation.
