Office Staff in dire need of customer service skills!!!!!!

I have lived here for two years. When I first moved in, my leasing agent was a man who is no longer working in the office. He was always kind and helpful. However, within the last year, the office staff has changed. It seems they do not communicate with each other. One member of the office staff is rude and can't crack a smile to save her life. She is less than helpful and is not very organized. When I requested a copy of a letter that she said she put on my door twice (which I never received), she pulled my file and said she did not have a copy of the letter. That was a few months ago and I still have not been given a copy of this supposed letter she left on my door.
Also, I live on the second floor and the people above on the third floor are loud all hours of the day and night. I have complained to the office three times and the noise still continues.
All in all, the community is wonderful. The facilities are very nice i.e., the ammenities center, workout gym, and the pool. The location is great...being 5 minutes from I-465. As long as dealing with the office staff is kept at a minimum, the living experience here is great.
