The apartment buildings are pretty from the outside, however, they seem like there are so many that they are built "on top of each other". The apartments are small. Also seems like a lot of concrete, not much space in between buildings. Stay off the grass. Nobody picks up the dog poop, and if you have children, you have to tell them to "stay off the grass". Great dog park, but not monitored for aggressive dogs. Be careful of the electronic trash compactor . . . it might give you an electrical surge . . . really. The maintenance people are good.
