Overall, these are decent apartments. However, I really would appreciate them more, and would have considered renewing my lease if the floors were hardwood as opposed to having rugs. The rugs get worn quickly. Also, The kithcn and bathrooms should have ceramic tile as opposed to vinyl. You would think for these prices, you'd get that. Also, these apartments should be equipped with a microwave. Lastly, the stove, efrigerator, and dishwasher should have been stainless steel. If those features came with the apartments, they'd be great.

Are you serious??? Ok, I can understand the microwave and maybe even the tile comment, but where do you think that you are going to get an apartment (in a complex) w/hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances? If you want that, either buy a house or move to an apartment that is part of an older house. Otherwise, I think you've lost your grip on reality!
