We lived in the complx for six months. We never had a problem dealing with office staff. John, the concierge, and Destiny were always helpful and kind in the main building. Gym facilities were always clean and well maintained. Maintenance staff were always kind. Always felt safe and secure at night and coming and going and minimal noise inside the building.

My suggestions are: there needs to be more trash compactors, filters changed monthly, ductwork cleaned twice a year and definitely carpet changed out more frequently.

I found the staff and amenities at Providence at Old Mercian to meet our needs while in transition to the area.
