Had a great 1st appartment, but when I moved to Providance I thought it would be even better. WRONG! I live on the 2nd of 3 floors and everything my upstairs neigbors do is loud and that is only because all walls and floors are paper thin. I share my bed(room) wall with an another appartment. Bed, wall, Bed. I can here and understand everything they say, or DO. I like the location and the parking and mantinace is ok, but if you like to sleep or watch tv with out feeling like the celing is going to fall down on you from noise, or you don't want to know your neighbors personal lives, Go somewhere else!
