Nice apartment at a reasonable price -- they ask for a lot but you can bargain with SOME of the staff. It's really weird. Maintenaince is prompt and friendly. Office staff in general is rude and not professional. The community safe, indifferent, pet litter everywhere. Crowded parallel parking. Decent building inside and out.
