I moved into the new lofts 3 months ago and I wanted to wait to write a review.

Overall I couldn't be happier. The quality of the construction in the lofts is superb. Great sound proofing between the apartments - I never hear my neighbors when I'm in the apartment - only when I'm in the common hallways do I hear TV's and such. Safety is not a concern because of limited access into the building - code needed to enter building. Love the stained concrete floors - so much better than carpeting. The apartments are open and airy, standup shower is very nice, black appliances are cool, and the kitchens are very nice looking.

I do have two complaints about the actual apartment that I live in:

1) The dishwasher is extremely cheap - and doesn't clean very well - it has to be the least expensive dishwasher on the market. I realize in apartments the quality of the appliances is usually not very good, but the dishawasher just isn't up to par.

2) While I love the stained concrete floors and I realize they are supposed to be rustic looking - they scratch way too easily. Seems the staining process or what ever finishing process they used was of low quality because they scratch very easily and they are impossible to clean. Because they are brand new, they look really good still, but they aren't aging well, hate to see what they look like in 5 or 10 years from now. Unless they plan to refurbish them between tenants they won't look very good.

Those are the only two complaints I have. The tenants in the lofts are great - very nice and high class, no problems what-so-ever there. The staff is great, the maintenance is fast and first rate.

Parking is plentiful and I never hear any sound from the retail establishments below.

I love my apartment and plan to stay here quite awhile.
